Shipping

Postage for US orders is charged at 10% of your order total with a handling charge of $2 for packaging. Shipping is free for all orders over $125. For overseas orders we charge a rate of 20% of order value with a minimum charge of $10.

Returns

The intrinsic value of any magical effect is in its workings and secrets. Please note we only exchange or refund items that are faulty. If your item appears to be faulty please contact us with information regarding the problem and we will assist you in anyway you can. An attempt will be made to fix or replace your item, if purchased within 60 days, and a refund may be offered at our discretion in specific situations.
